This is a letter we received in work:

"Dear Sir or Madam,

As you can see from my address I am Canadian.
I travel to Northern Ireland often and every time I arrive at Belfast Airport I renew my disgust at the luggage carts.

The wheels are wrong.
The wheels at the front are OK but the rear wheels should not be castors, should not swivel.
Stupid carts.
This is the first impression visitors get on arrival. Their first impression of Ireland.
You don't get a second chance at a first impression.
Even in stores I found the same stupid carts. Fix the two rear wheels on a cart and you will see what I mean."
